Exactly as expected and no damages to the book.

Books are completely in german, so recommended for those studying with a tutor or having a slight base in german. Otherwise, the course structure is really good - chapters divided by grammar topics and day to day themes, including pictures and audio CDs to make it interesting. Set of 3 books combined ensure provide sufficient exercises.Product wise, the packaging is really good. The paper has a glossy texture. The additional glossary is very helpful as well.

It is only a great book if you have a native Deutsche speaker as your tutor.Definitely NOT for 'self learning from scratch'. I have no idea what the other reviewer even meant.For example, the audio & video samples were great but with no subtitles, so a new learner is left helpless with the fastpaced common conversations in the lessons.Should have brought it way later. Maybe just a month before A1 tests, for a quick revision.My mistake.Review same as 'Netzwerk Deutsch als Fremdsprache A1 (Textbook + Workbook + Glossar'
