I bought these as an experimental alternative to duct taping my roller derby skates every practice. (we practice on unpolished concrete) They fit great and I'm sure they work for ice-skating, but the darn concrete ripped through them - just like it does my shoelaces - about 3 minutes after we started drills! Oh well I tried! =0)
