Perfect mouse. Fairly simple
I've had this for over 2 years now. It's a great little mouse. Nothing fancy. Super realiable. Wireless connection is flawless. One thing that i can't tell if it was improved or I just adapted to it fairly fast. Is the fact that the lift off distance was fairly high. As in like, when you pick your mouse up to move it back to the center beacuse you've reached the end of your mouse matt. Usually you pick it up and move it and you're fine. However early on I noticed you had to raise the mouse fairly high off the matt to actually cause it to not mvoe your mouse while moviging it back to the center. However this issue seemed to vanish and i've not experienced this annoyance for quite some time. Again I can't tell if i just got used it and i now naturally lift my mouse up higher when moving it, or they updated it to reduce the sensors lift off distance.Overall though fantastic mouse.

Solid, cheap gaming mouse
I put this mouse through heavy daily use for a few years, and it has held up nicely. The mouse buttons finally gave in and kept registering double clicks or no clicks at all, which for gaming is obviously no good. However you have to keep in mind that I am clicking for most of the day and multiple years before it got to this point, so on that front it has held up nicely. It is a bit light for my liking, but I won't say that as a negative thing as the weight of a mouse is completely opinion-based. It is also a nice size and fits snugly in my fairly small hands. The one problem I have with it is that the rubber side grips did not last very long at all and got worn away quite quickly rendering them somewhat useless, however I got used to it over time and it doesn't really have an impact anymore - it's just kind of ugly.Overall a great mouse, would highly recommend.

new updated sensor now makes this a solid option for gamers
A little background info first. I bought the first version of this mouse that rocked the 3320 sensor because I got it on a crazy cheap deal (£9). I did not fall in love with the shape of this mouse on first use and it took me a little while to figure out the right grip for it. That might sound stupid but I have very small hands, meaning due to it's 11.5 length if I push my palm further into the mouse the rear hump fairly well fills the hand without much excess beyond the length of my fingers, almost like a pseudo palm. However, this is not the correct grip and not how this mouse was designed to be held. It is a fingertip/claw grip mouse and everything about it gives that away. To begin with there is very little room on the right side to rest both the full length of the index and pinky fingers, furthermore m2 hangs over the edge slightly meaning trying to fit your fingers into this space can lead to the button uncomfortably catching the finger on press. I could go on but there's no point. The correct way to hold this mouse is to hold it further back, which in fact a larger hand would be forced to do anyway. Do I think a safer shape would have benefited this mouse? Yes for sure, but with the correct grip and hand position this mouse provides plenty of stability for hands of all sizes, leaving plenty of space between mouse and palm for vertical freedom of movement. If you are like me, then you'll also need to hold the mouse at a slight angle, not symmetrically in the hand but I think this is common for ambi mice. Now the mouse I'm reviewing here is the harpoon pro with the updated 3327 sensor and I can say without doubt this is a gaming grade sensor. It's flawless, has no acceleration, feels snappy and responsive, won't be spun out and is difficult to distinguish from a top sensor like the 3360 or 3389. I own several mice with top sensors so I know for sure. I would confidently enter a competition playing with this mouse. I can also play some of my best games with this mouse due to it's very small size.I will deduct one star for a couple of reasons. First of all, I think a safer shape would have been better, it is not very obvious how this mouse is meant to be held and you can see that from the many reviews and generally mixed reception this mouse has received for being uncomfortable.I also think given it's dimensions this mouse could have been at least 15g lighter, 70 max, maybe even lighter. I'm about to buy an mm711 which has very similar dimensions and comes in at 60g.Final reason for deducting one star, I think the rubber cable can go. It saddens me a little to see corsair failing to release even a single mouse that resembles an ultralight with shoelace. I mean look at the m55 mouse they released not long ago, probably the safest and best shape of any mouse they've released and they put a braided cable on it. For what reason? I know this one is rubber, and indeed for a rubber cable it's actually not bad, but I still feel the tension when in a mouse bungee. Please drop the braided and rubber cables, they only get in the way, are of no use to a competitive minded fps gamer and generally offer nothing of value to the product. I will be paracording this one because it's the only real negative I can say about this mouse.I suppose it would be nice to see corsair take small mice seriously and put in a top sensor (3360 or 3389) and not treat them as entry level products, because they aren't. Many people including myself prefer small light mice, they are not toys or gimmicks, they help us to play better. Thanks for the harpoon, I hope to see a future iteration with some weight reduction, a shoelace cable and in a perfect world slightly larger mouse feet and a top sensor.EDIT:There is one more thing worth mentioning. I find the software to be great, although not the most intuitive pretty simple to figure out within a few minutes and I've experienced no crashing or failure to recognize device. It's good that you can also save DPI and lighting settings to onboard memory but you can't remap the DPI button (next to the scroll wheel) and save that to onboard memory. Why not? I can do that in the Logitech and Steelseries software. I don't want to run mouse drivers when I play fps games. If I'm playing a game that benefits from multiple profiles or game specific profiles then fine, I'll run the driver but when I simply want to map the DPI button to a single key stroke why can't I save that to onboard, close the program then get on with my life? Please change this Corsair, whether it's an issue with the software or with the mice, let us save a simple key remap to onboard memory. Thanks.

One of my favourites
This continues to be one of my favourite mouses, glad that corsair continue to make them. Came out of the package and wasn't damaged at all, works very well.

Good
Had this mouse before and it lasted me 3 years 11 months and it stopped censoring my movements so I got a new one and I’d fully recommend this mouse

Do not buy this mouse, they have definitely made it cheaper
The first time I bought one of these was in late 2019, and it lasted me all the way up until early 2024. I decided to replace it with a new one as it was starting to get quite worn down, and although the new mouse looked and functioned as well as the old one did, it broke within a few months of use (the left mouse button no longer worked). Thinking that I had just gotten a rare dud, I stupidly decided to buy another one only to have it fail in the exact same way after a similar amount of time. I suppose it's entirely possible that I was just unlucky enough to get two dud mice with the same manufacturing fault, or it could be that the first one I bought lasted way longer than the manufacturers intended by a stroke of good luck. I guess it doesn't really matter. Do yourself a favour and don't be an idiot like me. Buy a more expensive mouse than this. It's the peripheral you'll be using the most, and your hands will thank you for it.

Surprised With corsair
1 month old and the left button has completely stopped working. I would get in touch with amazon but to be honest they make it so difficult now to sort out these problems so im just going to leave it.
