GlobeMen's Tilt Skateboarding Shoe

My husband's feet were hurting a lot. He didn't care for any other brand of shoes. He likes the ankle padding of the Globe Tilt and Fusion shoes. Once he realized he could remove the thin cheap insoles in the Globe and add Dr. Scholl's it made the shoes way more comfortable. He is not a skater. He wears these to work as a machinist. He stands on mostly concrete and does a lot of walking in them.

I have been wearing globe shoes my whole life and I HIGHLY recommend them. I wore these literally every day (light hiking, walking, skateboarding, traveling) since January 1st and they have been in great condition until October. When I say every day, I mean I had these one pair of shoes and nothing else. Put a lot of miles on the shoes and walked through a couple national parks and the only flaw is that they faded in color and the globe logo on the back heel fell off in October. If you’re looking for the most reliable shoe and to get the most bang for your buck, buy these shoes. You don’t find this quality in most modern footwear.

This is my second pair of Globe Tilts and probably the 6th pair of Globes I have owned. The Tilts are my favorite version of Globes for comfort and style. To me they are perfect for what I want which is a pair of thick padded skater shoes that look slick. I had the Sabre and Fusion styles previously for my work shoes but retired those because they were old an worn out, and I want to give the Tilts a go because they are lighter than those 2 styles. Out of the box the shoes look good, clean no scratches and have that new shoe smell I love. With my previous experience with Globes I am sure that this pair of shoes will last a while and will be fine for my semi desk job. I have bought DCs, DVS, Vans and Osiris but I still find Globes are the brand I prefer.

First time skating globes. I'm a long time cupsole skater from 1999. Skated nothing but cupsoles since 1999, well a few pairs of vulcs but always hated them.. globe shoes are comfortable, good grip for flicks, good impact buffering and overall nice shoe. I am a solid size 12 foot but noticed the 12s fit like a 12.25 lol. So they.run just a slight.bit large. I might try 11.5 next time as I plan to order another pair. I just got these today. I will update my review in the future if durability become an issue.

After 2 years of everyday use and abuse at work, I still found it hard to let them go. So I bought a new pair. The outsides of these are so tough. So much hard rubber shell on the outside makes them last. The insides will give out over time but can be patched to make do for awhile. I put new hi arch insoles in em but the original ones are pretty comfy anyway. I highly recommend to anyone looking for a durable walking/ skate shoe. Will but again... in a couple years.

Well the shoe is nice but I don't like the material on the tongue. So it's hard to walk with them, even if I tighten the laces.The soles are nice, durable, it's just the material on the shoe is solid layers, up kind of high. So they don't really tie right because the material on the tongue isn't leathery like the shoe, with stiff soles. Wish I had a way to break them in more but it's impossible

This is like my fifth pair of shoes from Globe after a long run of Etnies and other brands of skate shoes.I have to say as a brand their shoes are the most consistent of the skate shoe brands.They fit as they say and there are never any surprises.These shoes are extremely durable. I can say that from experience because this is my second pair of this specific model and the last ones lasted for 6 months (which for me is an eternity).Keep it up Globe and you'll keep me as a customer.

Great fit, much cushion.Very solid shoe, its built quite nicely.Very sturdy sole, it doesn't bend easily, it's nice and robust. The leather is real.The stitching is quality.The style is exceptional 👌If you like to skate I guess they are decent for that as well, I just like to wear shoes.

Found to be a bit small, I'm a size 10, had to send back and get a size 10.5. They fit perfect!

Marvelouse. Love, Love, Love Globe Skate Shoes. Have had countless pairs on the go at the same time over the years. Robust and Comfortable, Chunky and Cute.I think I may have a Globe Shoes addiction.
