Q: Will the power cable of the 312 work with the 322 mine is hard wired dont want to have to change it

Yes it will! I'm using the cable from my 312 for the exact reason and I've had no issues at all

Q: Do i need to purchase a nextbase sd card or will any sd card work?

I bought a SanDisk Extreme 64GB SDXC Memory Card up to 150MB/s, Class 10, U3, V30 from Amazon after a very frustrating time trying various high speed SD cards that I thought would work. It's very annoying that a card is not included particularly when it is not all that clear what is required for the camera to work

Q: Model 322gw does it come with a suction cup ?.i hear the nextbase app is rubbish do i need to download it or can i just bluetooth to phone without ect

I've purchased two of these cameras. One came with a suction cup and double-sided tape and the other didn't have the suction cup but did have double-sided tape. The app isn't great but you don't need it at all for the camera to work. The app is used to download the video files but you could just do that my connecting the camera to the computer with a cable or removing the SD card and inserting into a computer
