From a convenience point of view these multivitamins tick all the boxes as they come in letterbox friendly packaging and each tablet is blister packed for freshness and added longevity. The tablet measures just 20mm and includes a groove in the centre so you know where the halfway mark is if you struggle to take them whole or want to cut them to reduce the daily dosage.I can’t vouch for the efficacy in any scientific way but as someone who leads a very active life, they appear to be giving me the energy, resilience and stamina that I need to get by. I certainly don't suffer from the annual bouts of bugs, flu, coughs and colds which do the rounds which is perhaps an indication that they are working. That together with the fact that they contain a comprehensive range of vitamins, minerals and other nutrients developed and tailored to the needs of my age is also reassuring. In truth though as with most supplements I will never really know whether they are working so I have to assume that the seller's description and validation will make the difference. In this case I have been using Healthspan supplements on and off for a number of years and I trust them to deliver on the promise.
