Not commercial quality, but great for home
I'm guessing the "commercial" in the title is to let people know it's good quality, but it's a stretch to say this is commercial. The sprayer head is still plastic and although it works well, it wouldn't last long in a commercial kitchen. That said, this is a great home faucet. It's very clean looking and has a nice easy one handle operation to quickly get the spray and temperature you want. I don't love the wide sprayer head but that's no problem because you can get something like this https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00VHOFVQQ for a clean, modern look if that's your style. These heads are always made of plastic and the larger the sprayer head is, the cheaper it looks in my opinion. The sprayer this comes with switches easily between stream and spray and stays in whatever position you select even when water is turned off. This faucet comes with the escutcheon piece and it's made of the same metal as the rest of the faucet. It can also be mounted in single hole sink or counter top. Overall quality is better than expected. I have installed a lot of kitchen faucets from cheap plastic junk to high end touch faucets and this one is right up there with the more expensive brands. Very impressive, you don't need to install a junk plastic faucet in your kitchen just to save money these days. Installation was easy and I am not having any issues with leaking. If you follow the instructions, you shouldn't have any issue even if you haven't installed a kitchen faucet before. I had never heard of Hotis before, but I'd definitely consider them for a kitchen faucet in the future. This one has a 10 year warranty which is excellent at this price point.

Great For A Laundry Room
At the price, this is certainly one of the less expensive faucets you will find. And, as always, you sort of get what you pay for.=== The Good Stuff ===* I have installed a number of faucets over the years, and this one was no better or worse than an of the other ones. The mountng and install were the usual setup, and the whole thing went together easily, considering that working on my back in a small cabinet is never much fun. The install took about 30 minutes, with no leaks or drips afterwards.* The product does what you would expect. The on/off and temp controls work about like you would expect, although they work in opposite directions of our kitchen faucet, so of course it is always confusing.* The finish looks good with the other metal in our home-brushed nickel. It resists water stains fairly well, and a quick wipe down has it looking new.* The spray/stream button works like you would expect, but the spray is a little wider than I would have expected. Not a problem with the large laundry sink, but could be an issue in a tight kitchen.=== The Not-So-Good Stuff ===* The construction seems lighter than other faucets I have used, and there is a lot of plastic in the parts that come in contact with humans every day. I would not feel comfortable putting this in a well-used kitchen, but am fine with it in a seldom-used laundry sink.* We have very hard water, and the plastic spray head seems to build up calcium faster than the metal ones.=== Summary ===This is not a eplacement for a brand-name fixture that costs 3 times as much. It doesn't appear to be as well made, or as durable. However, it does work as you would expect, and for a sink that doesn't get a lot of use, it might be perfect. I did not find it as aesthetic as some of our more expensive faucets, so if they are filming a decorating show for HGTV in your laundry room, this might nt be your best choice.

Looks and Works Great!
I know absolutely nothing about installing a faucet. Fortunately, that's where my 20-year-old stepson comes in. He's pretty handy and has done construction and had some experience in household repairs and installation. It took him an hour or so to fully do everything -- from removing the old to installing the new. It replaced a 10-year-old old-school faucet in our kitchen; this HOTIS one looks much more modern and stylish. I especially like that there's no separate sprayer anymore. It's all-in-one and you can pull it down. It's much more user friendly and doesn't take up as much counter space. The high arc is keeps it out of the way, too. My challenge now is remembering which way to turn the handle for hot or cold water since it's no longer intuitive.

nice kitchen faucet
hard to review this, as no prices is listed, as its pre release...but looking at similar HOTIS pricing, I will assume its the same price range, under $100at that price point, u are getting a very nice faucet for the price...I installed in large laundry room sink... installed OK...but I have done lots of plumbing work...the finished look is excellent.... prob. not Grohe durability, but at this price point....amazing value.... not every fixture will get heavy duty use, in which case, I will stick to brands like this to save $$

Good Value priced faucet
The Hotis pull down faucet is a stylish faucet that installs easily. It comes with attachments that allow two different hose adapter sizes, which should save you a trip to the hardware store. It easily wipes clean with a little soap and water. The spray nozzle takes some pressure to switch modes, especially if water is running through the faucet. It also tends to get stuck in the faucet pipe. We are hopeful it will loosen with time, but who knows.Bottom line, with the Hotis, you sacrifice a little quality to save $100 on a faucet that is close to name brand faucets. It may not last decades, but should suffice for remodelers on a budget.

Looks kind of cheap
Looks like an inexpensive faucet, directions were kind of difficult to follow. Gave to a friend for her recent home renovation and she said it was a bit hard to do the installation. She used it in her laundry room because it's not a higher end faucet.
