These are not effective on deep cystic acne, they are not a replacement for getting a steroid injection at the dermatologist. However, I had a pimple that lingered around even after the steroid shot and this finished it off. It has to be a pimple close to the surface so that the darts can jab into it and hit it with OG-76 (antimicrobial + skin soothing), salicylic acid, and niacinamide.

OK, I know these are ridiculously expensive, but when you are battling CYSTIC acne, you're willing to try anything (and I have!). I like the Hero ones (the red ones), but the Hero Salicylic acid dots do NOT work as well as these Zit Stika Killer ones. These are the bomb to your cystic pimple. Definitely worth a try. Follow the instructions exactly!

The jury is still out on these. I'd like to think they work. You do feel that slight pinch when you put them on, with the hope they are shooting stuff into that sucker on your face that you want to go away fast. They don't harm, but still not sure they speed things along all that much. And they aren't cheap.

I was SUPER skeptical about these because, let's be honest, anything promising to clear up pimples seems like a scam. But I finally decided to just give these a try. To be clear- I don't have bad acne and don't get horrible breakouts. I only get a few pimples a month (usually due to stress or hormones). But those few pimples are usually the kind that get big quick and stick around for a few days. So it was worth it to me to try something that might shorten their life! The first pimple I tried it on was on my chin (I get this one every month and it's always a pain to get rid of). I think I waited a day too long to give the patches a try and the zit was getting deep and red! I put a patch on and the next morning, it seemed to calm down a bit but not as much as I was hoping. So I did it again the next night with the same result the next morning. I finally decided this pimple was a lost cause and let nature take its course. I will say that this pimple didn't stick around for as long as it usually does and didn't become as big a problem as usual. The other day I woke up and noticed a pimple forming on my forehead, but I was heading to work and couldn't do much about it and just prayed it'd lay low until I got home that evening. When I got home, I immediately applied a patch because I could see the spot getting redder and bigger. SEVEN HOURS LATER, I decided to remove the patch before bed just to see if it worked because I could under the patch that the swelling had gone done considerably. When I removed the patch, I was shocked! It was all gone. The next morning I was worried it would return- but nothing!! It was like nothing had ever been there. So I think that's the trick for me- as soon as I see a bad pimple coming up, I need to apply a patch asap. These little guys really work and I recommend them- whether you want to get rid of a pimple instantly or shorten its time on your face. These are worth it and I'm impressed! I will definitely order more and keep these handy when I travel!

I'm not too sure if these really are doing too much. I've used them frequently without seeing much improvement, but at least I think they do protect the area from bacteria.

I have used these on deep, painful zits. They stay on well overnight and definitely take down the swelling. I would say I have to use them 3 nights in a row but they definitely work a lot better than the flat pimple stickers.

I'm a big fan of the brand. I like the "micro needle" thingy it has. I started using the ones for dark spots and I once used it in a early stage pimple and it worked so good that I decided I needed to try the regular ones and it was not a disappointment. I've tried several brand and I can say for sure this is the one that works the fastest and better.

Not much to like, try to put on the side of the neck there is no hair there and it pretty much Falls right off as soon as you turn your neck this is the one dry skin and even using the pads that they Supply and waiting an extra 20 seconds to dry.Secondly if you're a guy and you have even stubble it would not stick, I had to shave around the area and even then it would not stay on they would be slightly hanging off.The center of it is where the medication is at and if it's hanging off it's not actually touching the area that needs to be.The fact that there's only eight of these and they completely fall off and once they fall off they're very light so you can't really find them and you're forced to put more on.I don't know if I got defective stickers but they did not stick to my skin whatsoever and I cannot advise anyone to purchase this especially you're only getting eight plus eight pads that clean the area in advance.If you brush your teeth they will fall off if you're using it near the chin area or neck area.Don't know how they get away with charging this much for a product that doesn't even stick.
