I wish I could take a single vitamin/mineral pill like one-a-day that really has it all, but I struggle with most vitamins causing stomach upset. This is the least upsetting vitamin supplement I have found. It's also hard to find a gummy vitamin that isn't made from animal-product gelatin, so the pectin alternative is nice. For me, these are way better than nothing, which is usually what I take, since other vitamins make me queasy. However, some might miss a few key points between the somewhat confusing description and photos:*TWO-a-day chewables, just 30 days worth in a bottle*(Apparently) not vegan, as the vitamin D type they use is only derived from sheep lanolin, I believe (Nothing in the main description about vegetarian or vegan, but vegans are looking for gelatin alternatives, and the photo shows the serving size is listed as "2 Veggie Gummies"*Not complete. These don't have iron, calcium, etc. (The description jumps from "all essential vitamins" right into talking about essential minerals, and it also misleadingly refers to "Calcium D" when they actually mean Pantothenic Acid in the form of Calcium D-Pantothenate, also known as vitamin B5.

These are really yummy and easy to eat. They definitely helped get me through the parts of my pregnancy when I wanted to be taking a quality multi-vitamin but just couldn't stomach any of the prenatal ones. They're great for general use (and I never forget to take them because they're like a treat), and for use during pregnancy, I supplemented with a folic acid and calcium supplement. After finishing my first bottle, I ordered three more just to make sure I wouldn't run out. I also felt so grateful to find a kosher gummy vitamin, which I wasn't even sure existed! I've been very, very happy with these!

Yes, I do not like this because it sticks in your teeth. I know that food- gummies are bound to do that; however, this gummy is deceiving because it's not really a gummy - it's almost like a fruit chew/ caramel texture. It sticks to your teeth. I'd suck on it, but it doesn't exactly dissolve instantly. Sure, I want to be certain to take my multivitamins, but I value my teeth just as much maybe more.So maybe you guys at R&D can fix that and stop bugging me about feedback. Are the positive reviews here fake or people with dentures??

I bought these gummies because they have b-12 and zinc in them. They are a little more dense than some gummies, but they have more vitamins and minerals. The taste is good.

These are great adult gummy vitamins. I initially bought one bottle, then four more. I can't keep my co-workers from eating them. Great fruit flavors and perfect multi-vitamins for people who cannot swallow horse pills.
