Great toy! Simple but a fun favorite!
These balls are a big hit with my one year old nephew! He loves all things ball. Has a collection of them. Can't get enough balls, of all sizes and colors. These are his new favorites. The colors are fun and the different textures keep his attention. He likes putting them in and taking them out of boxes and containers. You get 6 different sizes but each one is easy for him to hold and throw. His favorite is the yellow one, which is perfect for chewing on as he's teething. They're durable and well-made.We will be careful to not submerge them in water, because each ball has a small hole in it and I'd be afraid mold could grow inside. That said, my nephew likes the holes- he likes when you squeeze the ball a few inches from his face and small puffs of air come from the hole and tickle his face. Great, simple toy. Cheap price. Definitely recommend!

Fun Sensory Ball Set
These infantino textured balls are so fun for your little one!Likes:-Varying sizes, colors and textures make these balls a sensory learning experience for your baby. Perfect for practicing to pick up items of varying sizes!-High quality product. I don't worry about these falling apart. The only reason I didn't like these balls (but did not remove a star as its a minor personal preference) is because of the hole in them. The hole allows them to be squeezed easier and that's great for babies. I'd just prefer no hole so that they would be easier to clean. I clean my baby toys and with these balls I have to individually wipe them off while I'd prefer to just dunk them in hot soapy water, rinse and let air dry. My baby mouths these balls a lot and I feel like they're so much cleaner with a hot soapy water cleaning versus spraying or wiping them off. Just a personal preference.I still highly recommend this ball set to anyone with little ones who are ready for some hands on sensory learning!

Soft, appealing set for young babies ... but may grow mold over time.
Bought these for my 3-month-old. She's 7-months old now and still plays with them. These balls are soft and squishable. So, when she was smaller, she would just grab a ball and mouth it. When she was learning to sit up, I could recline her on some pillows and drop a ball into her lap, saying "Here comes the red/green/etc ball" each time. Now that she's older, we have other fun games. They don't bounce much; so they are good for indoor games. She can sit in my lap about 4-5 feet from the wall, and I can throw the balls against the wall for her to watch them roll back to us. I bought an old six-compartment muffin tin and put a ball in each compartment for her to take out (she's just starting to try to put them back). When she played in her kiddie pool, the balls would float ... and she'd grab them and mouth them. Be aware that each ball has one hole in it. This makes for fun when you compress the ball and let air blow out the hole into her face. But it also makes cleaning the balls a bit more inconvenient. I can only imagine some of her saliva has gotten in there, yet I am hesitant to fill them with soapy water because I won't ever get it all out. But this is, IMHO, a minor problem.UPDATE: After many months of mouthing these balls, baby got enough saliva into them (and mommy didn't clean them well enough) that they started to grow mold inside! I noticed the mold when sunlight shone through one of the lighter colored balls. So, they need frequent and thorough cleaning (i.e. make sure plenty of warm vinegar water gets in there, sloshes around, and gets out completely so baby doesn't suck it out). If you have time/energy for that, great. Me? I threw them away.

Fantastic Sensory Toys
I am a physical therapist and love these. They are multicolor, different sizes and have different textures. They are reasonably priced too. Cannot go wrong.

Fun but similar textures
This toy is great and multifunctional. We use the balls as teethers, to roll down ramps, to dump in and out of containers, and they make great bath/pool toys because they float. However, they are listed as having different textures, which I suppose they do to some extent, but they are all made of the same type of plastic and so all feel really similar from a sensory standpoint. The smaller ones are great for my 6mo’s hands, but the bigger ones are a little too hard for her to hold right now. We use them in the water which is fun- you can squeeze water into them and spray it out too but I do worry a little about the water sitting inside them for too long.
