Bori is made out of various Dal / lentil such as Buli / Urud, Motar, Musur, Mug crafted by hand & dried in sunshine. Normally is of pyramid shapes but can be of various shapes & sizes. When fried it becomes crispy is taken directly along with meals or added to the curry for enhancement of tastes & food value. Ananda Bori is 100% pure, handmade and sun dried in traditional Bengali method.
