Not even close to what is pictured.
I bought this specifically for the phone holder. The lap desk received did not have any cut out or groove for a phone at all. It has a hole for a power cord and a slip bar for your laptop. Nothing else. Completely smooth desk! No where to sit a phone.

Can be preferred for its size and quality
Sitting at a desk while using a laptop is very uncomfortable and I prefer using my laptop while sitting on the couch. It's nice to use while sitting on the sofa, but the laptop gets hot and hurts my legs. I saw this product by chance and decided to buy it. This product has become indispensable for my husband and me now. The memory foam on the pillow provides great comfort. I understand that I made a great choice as my computer is a bit big and the size of the product is ideal and it is a quality product.
