For $60 what did you expect?
Cheap hollow plastic has the same build quality and feel as a little tikes toy. Hardware is just barely usable, but you can force it to work. The wing itself needed a fair amount of filing to get fitted. And the plastic feels like it may be tough to get paint to stick to.That being said the wing does look cool, I'll go ahead and install it. Fingers crossed it doesn't vibrate itself into pieces going down the road
