I thought this would be an excellent locking device for a piece of hand luggage. When it arrived I followed all the directions as instructed for use. However it didn’t work! It opened with a touch of all my fingers and thumbs: proving my point I asked two acquaintances to try it out and it whizzed open with them too! What a shame as it is such a good idea! I wrote to the seller but unfortunately did not answer my email. I received a full refund from Amazon.

Got it a week a ago. Based on my experience this week, I could not find any weakness on this item. Now I used this in gym everyday and it makes my life eaiser. Only one second to unlock with satisfing high sensitivity, only sometimes I need to try one more time to unlock if my fingers got sweat. Anyway, 5 stars highly recommended

Clear and straightforward instructions on how to set up your finger print. It recognises my finger print very quickly. It is a bit lighter than my old lock . I use it for my locker in the changing room. Yesterday I accidentally dropped it into the water and it seems to be waterproof as well. Great lock!

The cable it came with is dead and I tried my own cable and plugged it for 6 hrs only red light shows but it is plugged in and then once you remove and place a finger on the sensor for 5 seconds nothing happens. People do not buy this as you will be wasting your time. Returning for a refund warning do not buy
