Pigeon acer plus induction stove stopped working after smoke emitted and blasted in a month after purchase . No active customer care number. No service centre in Mysore. Cheap quality product.

I recently purchased an electronic stove, and to my disappointment, the item turned out to be defective and completely non-functional. From the moment I plugged it in and attempted to use it, it failed to heat up or provide any indication of power. I followed the provided instructions carefully, double-checked the connections, and even tried different outlets, but nothing worked.The stove's control panel appeared to be in working order, as the buttons and display were responsive, but it simply failed to generate any heat. I even reached out to the manufacturer's customer service for troubleshooting assistance, but their suggestions yielded no positive results.The overall build quality of the stove seemed sturdy and well-constructed, so it's perplexing why such a critical functionality issue would occur. It's disappointing to spend hard-earned money on a kitchen appliance that fails to fulfill its primary purpose.Given the non-functionality of the stove, I am left with no choice but to return the item and seek a refund or replacement. I hope the manufacturer addresses this quality control issue to prevent other customers from facing similar problems.I cannot recommend this electronic stove based on my experience with the defective unit. I suggest potential buyers consider alternative options or thoroughly inspect the product's functionality upon purchase to avoid the inconvenience I encountered.

The media could not be loaded. Pigeon induction cooktop is exactly what I needed for my small kitchen. It’s compact, efficient, and the feather touch controls make it easy to adjust settings. I love the 8 preset menus, especially for making dosas and curries. The auto shut-off and short circuit protection give me peace of mind. I also appreciate the energy savings compared to cooking with gas. It’s a solid investment, although I wish the power cord was a bit longer. Price is perfect, and its good to keep one in your kitchen for whenever the gas runs out

I finally bought acer induction cooktop which I was planning to buy for a long time. Iss induction cooktop ka sabse bada plus hai iska fast heating! bas plug in karo aur cooking shuru. Heat settings kaafi accurate hain… aur sirf chhoti chhoti cheezein jaise chai banana aur sabzi garam karna nahi hai… aap full cooking kar sakte hai.. jaise ki dal, chawal, idlis, dosa etc… ekdum asaan hai. Design bhi kaafi sleek hai aur safai mein bhi easy hai. Budget-friendly aur useful dono!

The media could not be loaded. The induction cooktop is very good for bachelor's for coffee, tea making. Works fine. Functions are also good. Feather thouch is fab.Cons.(refer video)its control program is not that good. Due to some mistake or its malfunction all Function keys are locked by program.Now it starts at full capacity. Some times is didnt show the display. Also do not stop fan automatically after cooling.I have read complete user manual nowhere mentioned about any Function lock or child safety lock like other induction cooktop.After sale service experience-I contacted to customer service and its been 5 days. No one came to repair. I have send them video of malfunction then i got the info that its PCB is malfunctioning need to replace it and they do not have the parts for repair. Authorised Service only available in mumbai, pune and nagpur in maharashtra as per my knowledge.Rest area people need to bring product to office by self cost.
