I had to start taking Vitamin D because myLevels were low. My Doctor recommended this brand and I could not be happier. I was taken the prescribed Vitamin D but it was making my stomach upset. This has not done anything to my stomach. I would highly recommend this brand. It’s been a great product to get my vitamin d levels up and feel better.

But is missing the vitamin K to absorb the vitamin D

Living up north with months of cold weather, and little sunshine, my Vit D levels were down.My PCP ordered a blood draw so we knew exactly the starting number. She recommended this brand of Vit D.After taking them for 2 months, I returned for another blood draw and my Vit D were up where they should be. So these made a measurable difference.Since vitamins are not regulated, no one can truly know what's in them, if they are absorbed, or just excreted. Nice to have confirmation that this brand works. VERY pricey though. With every single item and service in the US going up so quickly, spending 32.00 a month on just one vitamin is difficult.
