Perfect for my need
Perfect for my mini computer to allow hook up of my two monitors and speakers.Plug and go.

Works great but short lifespan
Worked well with my Asus Pro laptop. Capable of charging my laptop being a usb hub and connecting 2 additional monitors. HOWEVER, 6 months later and now 1 hdmi port is dead as are several of the usb ports. Disappointed that the lifespan is so short.

Worst Docking Station Ever
It is important to follow the instructions carefully to connect things in order. The first time I bought it, it took awhile to get it working. I was using the station on my MacBook Pro with two external monitors that work fine on a dock that attaches to the side of my machine. I bought this station because it sits on my desk instead and has a few extra ports. Unfortunately, there were problems almost immediately. One monitor started making a strange noise, and both externals would lose the connection randomly every few minutes.I contacted customer support which took an inordinately long time to get back to me, and were of little help. They never responded at all to my third email. I decided to give them the benefit of the doubt and exchange it for a new one. That one lasted for three days without a problem. Then the same issues popped up. Returned and waiting for my refund to be processed.

Disappointed with the lack of clarity on charging the Host via USB-C
You should make it VERY clear that this product will not charge the laptop (or other device) that is attached via the USB-C "host" port.The product works otherwise, but if you don't have a separate laptop charger that doesn't also use the USB-C port on that laptop (I was lucky with my Dell Latitude that is has a separate non-USB power port and I happened to have the old style charging brick) then you will be trapped into running "battery only" from that device if you want to use this hub

Lacking for serious workstations
If you want a simple 1-plug setup for your macbook pro, want dual monitors, and USB peripherals...look elsewhere.
