Cheap and doesn’t work.
Why is light weight a choice of stars on the review? It’s very light weight. It’s ridiculously cheap as in cheaply made and you can see in my pic how well it worked- it became a twisted mess! One of the other ones just completely came off. off. Also they say 60 day warranty but My return window was closed in 30 days.

Easy to replace while replacing the suspension rods. Manufacturer video was very instructional.

Roper didn't think the machine needed them as it did not come with them installed.
They are so flimsy, I'm not sure there's any value to having them on the machine.

Package came in inside another package with the bag cut opened and two of the springs missing when it said it came with 4 not good when the washer is not working properly and having to wait even longer to fix
