do you sell the screws and the rubber barriers by itself?

I am running into the same issues. They send an incomplete product. I contacted the vendor, short answer they can’t help me and/or won’t make it right. Instead “contact Amazon customer service”. Amazon service was amazing. I just got off the phone with them.

Would these hold small destination snow globes???

Strength wise they're pretty sturdy and stable. The surface area for placing items is not very large though. Snow globes probably need more area to sit on.

How many regular size cupcakes can it hold ?

6 on the bottom row, four in the middle, one or two on top.

Can this hold bath and body works 3 wick candles ?

Yes it can hold both. It’s pretty sturdy.
