Provides a satin/matte finish To enhance the strength of this finish, apply a layer of Sneakers Neutral Base and then if you want to achieve a more matte or glossy finish for the matte or gloss maker. Fast drying between 1-3 minutes. It offers a high resistance to wet/dry friction and bending, preventing the dye from cracking.
