Q: How heavy is the 62 quart when filled with ice?

Very heavy if filled full. It still rolls well but it is heavy.

Q: Would have considered if it had dimensions ?

Yes I find this item to be a sound purchase. Heavy duty, good storage capacity, and the cup holders on top are a nice added feature.

Q: What are the outside dimensions and how much does it weigh?

The product description is lacking real measurements. Mine is HxWxD of approximately 21.5" x 22" x 16.5" or 545mm x 560mm x 420mm.

Q: How much does it weigh and is it skinny female friendly? Does it have a bottle opener?

Not sure exact weight. Under 10 lbs empty. Maybe difficult for skinny female to handle when loaded, especially if trying to pick up. Dragging on wheels pulling from handle probably not to difficult. No it doesn’t have a bottle opener.
