It does not come with the claw.

So this is not for 4-6 years but months? Confused because says for toddler not infant

It is for 4-6 year old not months. I think it is pretty true to size, I got it for my nephew and he is 4 1/2, it’s a little long on him but the rest of it fits him fine.
