Good vitamins.

I have scoured all the multivitamins available on Amazon. I have to shay within my budget, but I want quality. No multivitamin has exactly everything you want and none of the items you don't want, but these as close as I have ever found, and they are within my budget.

I like that it has vitamin K, which I wasn't previously supplementing. I eat leafy greens, daily, but I have read that absorption from such foods is not great. I also like that some of the ingredients are coenzymated, and it contains the latest folate formulation (which is hopefully not carcinogenic - I've read that folic acid might be). Finally, it has a decent amount of vitamin D3, which most people need to supplement (studies show men should take 2000 IU, to minimize overall mortality risk - not much less and not much more).The reason for only 4 stars is that I feel like I'm paying a lot for them to pad out the ingredients list with stuff in quantities far too small to provide any benefit. For instance, I take chlorella and spirulina by the tablespoon and drink a half glass of pomegranate juice - I think it's just a waste to put a few mg of them in here. I'd rather they instead up the dosage of the main nutrients. For instance, vitamin C is dosed at only 50 mg (83% DV), which is one thing I've always gotten in abundance, from multivitamins.Another thing I'd go without is the minerals. I take a separate mineral supplement. I know many people don't but the amounts are necessarily quite low (otherwise, the pills would be huge), and if getting rid of the minerals would let them add more of the other ingredients, I'd be for it.I plan to continue taking this, but I'll probably look around for something better, or at least more cost-effective.

I switched to this because my grandson didn't like the vitamin I was using. Since switching, I've been very impressed with it. More energy, and smooth even time release.

Has every vitamin known to health for a man. My love takes these and they work great for him. Will buy over and over! THanks!

I've been taking these vitamins for 3 years and am very satisfied with them.

Maybe they work maybe they don't. Don't work for me. Started causing leg pain 30 mins after taking. Last batch didn't do that. After drinking a lot of water two days later it went away hasn't returned. Was easy to narrow it down to these. Only pill I stopped taking.
