It exploded causing short circuit. Why its bot mention its not ok/NOT SUITABLE TO UAE VOLTAGE?

Cannot use as the voltage here is different from USA. Description dont mention this fact and voltage adaptor is included

It exploded!
My device was just delivered last Monday, 17-05-2021. And it was my first time to use it since I bought some fruits to juice. I only juice 1 apple and it exploded! Then it won't work anymore. The thing is I threw the box! Can I atleast get a replacement? It is very brand new.
