What length would i need to use with the rope wrench?

24 inch works well for 5 wraps on 13 mm rope.

How big and small of a rope can this safely work on?..

I am using this prusik by tying it to my 13mm rope without any problems. This prusik is fine for tying a VT hitch, but I think it's a bit long for tying a Prusik hitch or a Schwabisch hitch. I like this prusik and would like to buy it if it has a 25 inch, but it is not produced by GM.

nice little rope

Only tested it swinging in my safety harness in the living room. Definitely holds my 210lbs with no problem, I don't see an issue with it, and will be using it in a Prusic Knot, for a secondary safety device when I fix some shingles on my roof.

Nice soft cord that holds well with friction hitches. Cord is not 3rd party rated or certified, making use for Department Rope Rescue Missions against SOPs. NFPA or European certifications would be in compliance. Cord is 32" is too long for most friction hitches. Would be nice if it came in 30" and 28" lengths.
