For reasons too boring to go into, I needed some fresh eye makeup quickly and also didn't want to spend a lot. Ordered this and it exceeded my expectations. Nice matte colors... gray worked for shadow and brown worked for a bit of brow enhancement with a small brush I already had. Shadow stayed in place until washed off at end of evening. I love a success story.

Easy to apply as long as you dip the applicator in water and make a light paste.

I really like the colors in this palette and I like that they are matte however they don't appear as chalky as some mattes do. The end color is a peachy shade on the eyelid when I apply it. This could be affected by your skin tone - - I'm very pale. I actually used the sponge applicator that's included which is very unusual for me. I generally use a brush. This one is long enough to be comfortable and the two ends are identical, wide at the base tapering to a rounded point. I wouldn't use them for eyelining but for the crease and the lid etc they work very well. Now the downside: the product is made in China and the second ingredient is talc, neither of which is in my opinion a good thing. So the bottom line is the price is excellent, the product is quite nice for what it is, The colors really work for me - - pale skin, light hair, very light eyes. The matte finish is really a nice one. But... Those downsides are pretty strong ones. The decision will have to be up to you. I gave it a four but I was really debating between three and four. If it were made elsewhere and didn't have talc...

it took me a long time to fine a shadow like this...I have ordered it several times now...the product lasts all day...always looks clean and fresh and the price is right...quick delivery as well

Eyeshadow

Works great for my performance group and looked good on everyone. Ordered 19 and they only messed up one (sending me the wrong color set).

Picture on the left is the above product photo. Picture on the right is the actual colours. WTH? I can see if it was a little different, but this is a drastic colour difference, in my opinion. Disappointed

I love the colors but you do half to work with them in order to apply a noticeable amount. The applicator is terrible and mine also came with the case broken bad where i had to pey the shadow palettes down from lid. Which I'm sure isn't the companies fault just shipping. I was unhappy with the fact it didn't stay on long and u had to apply alot to show up. But the light colors did help brighten my lids in a natural appealing way. I'd say for the price you can't complain but I wouldn't buy again.

These are not the colours they send you. They are way more earth toned then purple and pink. Not very impressed with them. Back they go!!

The palettes have 5 beautiful matte shades eacch. I bought 2 palettes as part of an add-on deal. I did not get to choose the colour of the 2nd palette and assumed it would be 2 of the same colour, but I received a different palette completely. It was actually a palette I had added to my wishlist, so part of me wonders if this played a part in the colour chosen or if it was a coincidence.The colours in both palettes (Nude Suede and Purple Cashmere) were nice matte colours that brushed on nicely. I did not use the applicator provided and opted to use my own brushes. They are not the most pigmented colours and I would suggest using a primer underneath for long wear and more noticeable colour. For the price they are great.

I love these nice matte neutral shades, especially for my 'mature' 41-year-old eye skin, lol. These are reasonably pigmented, and complement each other very well on the eye. You can see my finger swatches below. Some of the other colors in this line are more pigmented and swatch better, but this is still really good!
