Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets – Gryffindor Edition

Stained cover, damaged pages, marks and scuffs all over the sleeve. Not what you expect for a “new” product at all. This could not be given to someone as a gift, they look like second hand books that haven’t been looked after.I will be returning them for a full refund or products that aren’t damaged.

The delivery was on time which is great and the book itself is well written. However, the books condition was poor. The cover (front and back) was ruined and stained with a white substance which is visible mainly in the light which ruins the cover sadly. I enjoy the product but the cover, which is quite appealing, was ruined by the substance. Also on the back, a black substance was also on.

Opened this today to wrap for my daughter's birthday and the whole book is covered in marks. They look like they are embedded in the book. I'm so upset for not checking it sooner but you don't expect this from Amazon. Not happy at all. Tried to upload photos of damage but keeps saying there is an error. That's convenient!
