The instructions say to bake at 275 degrees for 15 minutes per 1/4 inch of thickness. I use a conventional oven or a toaster oven. If I were you, before I tried anything else, I'd Google it.

Extremely good stuff to work with. Knead first and create the shapes you want. You can useSmaller/ sharper chisel like tools for surface details. 20 mins in the conventional oven - Viola! Youget your sculpture hard baked and shatter proof. You can further adjust minor polishes by using ascalpel and paint on top with acrylic colours.
