AVOID DSC PRODUCTS (NOW OWNED BY JOHNSON CONTROLS)
This company (DSC) is a Canadian company that was taken over by Johnson Controls in Wisconsin. They have NO real customer support for end users. You will be MUCH better served by going with an alarm system made up of Ademco (Honeywell) components. I have a DSC system in my home. I had a question about new (replacing the old) keypads. I sent this question, for a list of DSC keypads that are compatible with my DSC Power 832 control panel. I sent this question through their website yesterday. It is after noon today and still no reply. So I tried calling this company. The automated machine at DSC said that my hold time was between 2 and 3 hours ("120 to 180 minutes"). Avoid this BS company. I'm telling you.
