Q: What constitutes a light bait vs a heavier bait?

Not sure the formal catagory boundaries but I have used really large rooster tails and 1/4 oz lead head jigs and relatively stout spoons with no problems.

Q: What line weight (i use floro leader) would you recommend for the mhf?

I use 15lb power pro and 20lb floro for the leader. It works really well with the Shimano stradic 4000.
