Q: Would Q-Bond repair a broken wooden leg of a chair?

Do not know if Q-Bond will adhere to wood. If the leg is metal it may work. this is a powder and the surface must be horizontal when applying.

Q: My dash board has 2 very fine lines will this cover up and stop the lines from getting bigger.

May I assume that your dash board is vinyl and the vinyl is cracking from exposure to the sun. If so, try applying "Armor All" to soften the vinyl. This product is a fine black powder and can be used when joining to horizontal surfaces. It will leave a black line where it is applied and maybe create a small bump if you use to much powder. This is a great product when used in the correct application. I hope this answers your question.
