My daughter is almost 6. I decided to buy her a caboodle as I really don't like the little kid make-up sets. I purchased some "real" make-up along with these brushes that match the color of her caboodle. She will receive this gift on Christmas, but I already checked out the brushes and they seem pretty solid!! She loves mermaids so the design adds and extra special touch.

Bought for my daughter. She loves them and they are SUPER soft. Only complaint is they are made from really cheap plastic. They would get broken easily.

We did have one brush that had a piece of plastic in the bristles that was rough on her eyelid. Probably something in the processing. My husband pulled it out with tweezers and it's fine now, we checked all the others and they were fine as well.
