Looks Good but not as good as it looks
Not enough power as the vehicle barely moves after full charge therefore it is hard to turn especially for a young driver

A few notes about the FP Artic Cat
I use Amazon all the time and have no complaints. But the price here is highway robbery; we got ours at Toys R' Us for just under $300.00.Anyway in case you are just looking for insights to the vehicle itself, I found it easy to assemble, it took me about an hour going at a leisurely pace. No head scratching, no surprises. The only questionable issue was the battery has a bar that is supposed to lock it in place but it doesn't work very well. I don't know it'll actually hurt anything in the long run but I put some rubber padding under the battery to make the locking bar work.Quality seems good. Nothing looks flimsy. One pretty important point though; the rear drive only goes to the right back wheel. Within seconds my little guy (30 pounds) was getting stuck because the drive wheel (they are plastic BTW) would rise off the ground and spin. Why on earth would they put the drive on the opposite side of the driver? Many times if there's a little rise in the ground or he makes a turn, the wheel loses traction. I solved the issue by putting half a cinder block in the right side of the trunk. I'm guessing the block weighs about 25 pounds. Of course now the trunk has less room so I'm going to try to get something slimmer to put back there, like a barbell weight.Otherwise he loves driving it around and has learned to use the faster forward gear and is starting to figure out backing up. But be prepared to be very patient as they learn how to use the "gas pedal" which is simply just an on off deal (and can also lead to getting stuck). He loves pulling off the shovel and putting things in the trunk. Also, there are many "engine fixes" where the hood comes up and everything gets the once over.Overall a great car, just be prepared to deal with the spinning issue. And pricing.

A Video Review on the Power Wheels Arctic Cat Ride-on
The media could not be loaded. It would be hard to imagine a ride-on car that a little boy would like better than the Power Wheels Arctic Cat Rideo-on. I will warn you that it is exclusive to one particular store brand, so make sure you do your research. The Car/Ride-on is plenty of fun... for boys and girls (My 2 year old daughter loved riding around on it too!). It offers enough power to drive through grass, but not so fast that it causes danger on paved surfaces. Honestly, I don't think the kids would like it any better if it did go faster.... it would just cause a few more safety issues.NotesSafety - To me, this is the most important factor. The Power Wheels Arctic Cat has velcro seat belts, which don't offer much protection, but they do help keep the little bodies IN the car. The car/ride-on is not top heavy so there is no danger of flipping. The only thing it is missing is doors (just like a real arctic cat). The reason I like doors is that they help keep feet an legs in the car. When a passenger is riding they often want to get out while the driver is still driving right along.Features- The clip on shovel is a feature that is well liked - not necessarily something that is used a lot, but it is fun for play. The tailgate drops and allows for a fun storage area behind the seats. As you can see in the video there is lots of room for storage behind the seats. A few features are missing - there is no horn, radio, headlights, or turn signals - none of which are necessary but you do find them on some of the other Power Wheels.Battery - Standard 12 volt- the nice thing about this battery is that they are readily available and back-ups can be bought for a very reasonable price.Final Verdict - The Power Wheels Arctic Cat Ride-on is a toy that is both rugged and fun. While it is missing a couple features it still will offer many hours of SAFE drive time fun!4 1/2 Stars

She has loved it ever since
Way overpriced here. We purchased this Arctic Cat almost 4 years ago when my oldest was 3. She has loved it ever since, her now 3 year old little sister mastered driving it last year and , it has still holding up very well considering the hours they have run this thing. Battery is still charging strong! Alas, its 5th summer with us is coming to a close and they have worn through the rear tires as when there is is not enough weight in the vehicle it gets stuck on uneven terrain (mainly pavement), but they have figured out that they can get unstuck by popping it into reverse and back to drive! Overall a great toy that has held up better than most...and held their interest!
