Can this be laundered?

Not traditionaly, but it can be washed with soap and water.

Would this be good to drape over my ebike while storing it?

Probably not. It’s heavy and a fire retardant. It does not have a drawstring at the bottom and would be hard shape around a bike. I used it to drape over an enamel covered fence to protect it from the heat of a fire pit.

Is this coated in acrylic, or any other type of plastic?

I don't think so. Have burned holes in it and it doesn't smell like it. Would be a good idea to ask the manufacturer though.

Can this be used as ironing board cover?

Don't know why not you are not going to burn it out with a iron. It definitely has an industrial look to though
