Q: Do these probes clog up easily when inserting into and/or thru duct-board for temps (TD)?

Yes they can, the best thing to do is use a screwdriver or awl to make the hole before inserting the probe. You don’t want to use the probe to make the hole. Once the hole has been made I haven’t had any issues with the probe clogging up when inserting.
