Infityle Medical Pouch - 1000D Nylon Tactical MOLLE Ifak EMT Utility Bag with First Aid Patch and Shear (Tan)

Not the best bag but functional. The shears are cheap and will probably break first use. The bag just has stretchy straps inside which makes it difficult to hold things. Would not purchase again. I should clarify that the pictures did clearly show the straps, the issue I have is that everything you put in those must either be round or small. I am using this as an IFAK bag and for that it does not work well. My fault for not paying closer attention.

Great price and construction. If you pack it correctly you can fit a ton of stuff in here for an IFAK. Purchased same style when I was in the Army and it served me well. Have a few on hand filled with emergency medical gear on my ruck, in my truck, and wife's car. Easy access and elastic straps inside to secure items. Great pouch for IFAK!

My First-aid kit issued i Iraq was old and the zipper broke. I saw this one and took a chance. Glad I did it is slightly large than my old one (thicker) witch makes it better for carrying my supplies. Perfect in all ways.

Works well no issues. Itll definitely last for years and years. Its about the size of both my hands side by side (i have largeish hands)

Used this to build IFAK. Great quality and plenty of room for essentials. You may want to consider upgrading the shears but they work well.

MOLLE compatible, ten minutes of threading and it's going nowhere. Plenty big to use as an IFAK, fit an airway, shears, gauze packs, QuikClot, Israeli bandage, tourniquet, and gloves easily.

This pouch came as described. It was much larger than i expected, no complaints there. I have fit 2 rolls of packaged gauze, 8 4x4's, hand sanitizer, 2 pairs of nitrile gloves, 1 triangular bandage, 1 large bloodstopper combat bandage, glucagon kit for diabetic fiancee, moleskin and bayer aspirin. And there is a significant amount of room to spare still. the material seems durable, and fit right on the side of my edc bag. The free shears and patch were a nice perk too!

This holds all of the medical supplies I had in a much bigger kit and fits nicely inside or outside my go bag. Well made from good products and reasonable priced.
