Very useful for international travel when you are packing a lot of heavy bags. It may not be 100% accurate but it's better than trying to rearrange luggage at the airport or paying for overweight baggage fees.

This product is great. I lost my last one so I bought 2 to replace it

I read the reviews and there were a few reviews that stated some issues with accuracy. I was a little concerned but decided it was better than trying to hold a suit case and stand on the scale. We were traveling internationally and had 4 bags - up to 23kg or 50lb each. Also we had some cabin bags that could not exceed 10kg. We had many gifts we were taking and I took all of the bags to just an ounce or so shy of full weight. When we arrived at the airport the bags weighed exactly what the scale had stated. Just make sure you turn it on before you connect it to your bag, tare it to 0, then put it on the handle and weigh it. Works PERFECT!

The subject line says it all. Trying to hold a 45 - 50 pound bag while standing on a bathroom scale is not exactly convenient, although we have done it for years, so this is a major improvement.The key to remember is that every scale needs to be calibrated, and these need to be calibrated frequently.Using a set of free weights, where the weight is known, after just a few uses, the weight could be off by as much as 10%. Not an issue if the weight limit before over charges is 50lbs and the current weight is reading 38lbs, but you definitely want to be careful and err on the side of caution if the current weight instead is reading 48lbs. I recalibrate and take multiple measurementst be safe.That said, for the price, it is a great convenience, and having two means that one can travel.

I was skeptical of buying with some of the reviews of inaccuracy but I sextupled check all 6 of my luggages going & coning with both to make sure & they both always read just about the same weight. I made sure to leave atleast 5 lbs less than the weight limit so I won’t have extra fees. At the airport the weight was just as accurate as the readings. Make sure when you weigh your luggage it is upright as if you were rolling it, cause once I did it sideways & weight was completely off but that was my error. Definately worth the price as well.

Throwing one of those in my luggage has saved me so many times while traveling when making sure to stay under luggage weight restrictions. Hard to beat at the price, accurate, well-build, and can also be used to weight goods for shipping, or even your growing pet (I made a little sling with leg holes for my puppy and it worked wonderfully, from her 10lbs days to her adult 85+lbs weight). I would not travel without one of these anymore. Highly recommended!

Saw this on a lightning deal. This thing is great! We were about to take a flight on an a'lacart no frills airline that charges you for everything! So an overweight bag was not in the program. This little scale worked great, we knew exactly what the luggage weighed and it was confirmed at the airport. Wish I had this year's ago!

Great device not sure how accurate but will update my review once i compare the weight results from the aiport baggage check-in.But either ways it gives an idea of approximate weight when it comes to these kind of devices we have to make sure to leave some gap b/w actual weight requirement to the weight on this device.remember this is not actual weighing scale to completely depend on the readings thinking they are accurate.But its helps a lot to give an idea instead of going through overweight hussle at the airport. UPDATE after crosschecking with airport baggage check in. I have 1 bag measured at 21.25kgs on this and 19.80kgs on airport baggage scale.2nd bag is 22.60kgs and at airport it is 20.55kgs.So i would say its pretty accurate to get close results compared to actual scale.Im impressed with it...DEFINETELY RECOMMEND IT.
