Q: What is the weight load capacity?

I have purchased two of these chairs, one in 2019 that had a 250 pound weight capacity, and I am purchasing another one right now in June 2023. I had to compare notes to make sure I had the correct one, and this current one in 2023 has the extra crossbar to increase the weight load to 350lbs.

Q: What is the width of the feet side to side?

I have the legs inserted so that the seat is as high as possible. In that position, there are 15.5 inches of width from the outside of one leg tip to the outside of the other.

Q: does this have the extra brace below the seat? two different pictures. Which one is this?

Yes it has the brace, but the cross is welded and not bolted together.

Q: Where is Dr Kay's seats made?

Nothing indicated on the seat itself & we no longer have the box
