The chair works very well and is comfortable, but I wanted to write a review of the customer service. One of the metal frame pieces in the interior of the chair back snapped off the frame after a few months of use. Not a big deal but annoying. I contacted customer service, got a quick reply, and after sharing photos of the break they sent a new chair back immediately. No arguing, no hassles. This was very refreshing and I wanted to commend them on their excellent service.

I have had the chair for about 6 months now and I am glad I made this purchase. I recently moved for my job and I live by myself and spend almost all of my waking hours on my computer. So I was in desperate need of a chair that could support my long hours of gaming, movies, and other entertainment. I wanted a dxracer but those suckers are like $400 a pop so I went with this brand instead and I wasn't disappointed.I live in Minnesota so the shipping took about 2 weeks since it had to come a very large distance to get delivered. The box was rather large and cumbersome to carry up my several flights of stairs but that's only a temporary thing. Once opened, it was extremely easy to set up and I did not have any issues with it. It was sort of a pain to get the seat rest screwed into the back support since it seemed like the holes weren't properly placed, but with enough force and effort you could easily get it in no problem. Took me about 15-20 minutes to assemble.As for the quality, it's very comfortable. I wanted a cushion that was thick and would last a long time since every other office chair I had purchased or used, the cushion would sink in and I would be left with sitting on a piece of wood/metal. So far, the cushion has sunken in VERY slightly over the past 6 months making me assume that it will last me a long time. The arm rests are adjustable and easy to move around. Only wish there was a little bit of cushion on them, but that's very minor. I never sleep in the chair but it extends back almost 180 degrees so you can lay down on it if need be. I really like the 2 pillows that come with it since it forces me to sit straight up without having any slouch. If you are worried about getting back pain I would highly recommend using the back cushion so you are forced to have a good posture. But, both cushions are removable if that isn't your thing.Overall, I am very satisfied with this brand and I am glad I made the purchase. My only gripes were very small and don't detract my opinion of the product. I also got an email from a customer service representative a few weeks after it was delivered asking if I had any issues. I never responded since I haven't, but since they sent the email to begin with I'm going to assume that their customer service is at least above average since they are taking time the e-mail me personally. Worth the price if you are looking for a cheaper alternative to the very expensive gaming chairs.

I received the gaming chair in blue very early, packaging was well and all was intact, no problems or damages or defects. I was prepared for great customer support in case I did have some issue, as a few reviewers mentioned their positive experiences when they had a couple problems, but fortunately I didn't run into any problems so win/win!Chair looks of high quality, feels great, is very sturdy and makes no bad noises. The adjustments are sturdy and all is well crafted. I like how the screw holes have screw covers for them, that's a nice add on and it just looks attractive like a company actually made a great product to sell to people for a great competing price as well.If there's any wishes I have, I'd wish the chair were more cushioned on the inside, it's what I'd consider acceptable but nothing great cushion wise as I'm used to normal office chairs from Sam's Club etc which are usually extra cushioned... But I did expect a slightly downgrade in cushioning in order to get the amazing look this has. It was just a little more decreased cushioning than I was expecting, slightly stiff. But once again, all is great and acceptable for sure. I only mention this as I'd hope that maybe the manufacturer can increase cushioning by 30% and charge $5-10 more for the upgrade if needed, as that would make this all around 10outta10 in the future if so.Only other thing is lumbar pillow is silly lol too tough bulging and not cushiony enough, served zero purpose other than discomfort, but I simply just unhooked it and I'm super happy without it, although I wish I could have liked it because it looked so good on it lol but rest assured, it's totally fine not needed and the chair is great even if the lumbar pillow serves no purpose - Or maybe I'm not the type of user for the pillow, but then again I've witnessed good lumbar before too. Anyways, the chair is the most important thing, and that itself is recommended. Hopefully this lasts me at least 2-3yrs, if so, then I will buy again.* * * Dec 18th EditChair is still holding up great, no issues on that. But when I mentioned the comfort was stiffish and too light on cushion, it didn't take more than a week to realized that it requires a pillow to sit on, and also I mean like a tempurpedic pillow. If you sign longer than 30min, and I'm 25/5'10/200ibs then your bottom will be in some pain everytime you stand up. A pillow is required and will help some, but if you can get a tempurpedic pillow for $20 at so many stores, then the chair is amazing. However due to a pillow requirement and therefore meaning another purchase in my opinion is mandatory, I gotta dock a Star. If I learn that comfort is improved whenever or if I get another one down the road, then I'll add it back. Cushion is a vast disappointment. But if you just get a tempurpedic pillow somewhere for cheap, then you still got a beautiful chair for a way lower price and that solves the cushion problem.

Awesome chair very comfortable and stable. Easy to assemble as well.
