Well made
Easily holds several brands of muti tools and a few miscellaneous items such as light and bits. Love the magnetic flap hold down better than velcro, it is secure enough to hold in the tool. Bought one and liked enough to get a second.

Good product
Overall it’s a really good product. Magnet is strong enough to keep the opening flap down and in place until you need to open it. Seems to be really well made. Fits my Leatherman utility tool, and leaves extra space for more items if needed. Belt clip is very sturdy. Both elastic pockets on each side are nice and tight so nothing will slip out. The one thing I dislike is you have to open the top flap to access your tactical flashlight/sharpie from the side pockets. Most times I can get the sharpie out without having to open the top, but my flashlight seems to get held up a lot when I go to take it out without opening the magnetic flap.

Compact
If your looking for something to get your Leatherman and etc. all in one that is not a fanny pack or tool box this fits Leatherman bits perfectly even the ex-saw/ file and with and magnetic closure for quick access if you have all that it the case. And you can add other items like flash light, pen, extension or rachet making overall design and functionality solid. Just keep in mind it is a belt clip and it does hold fairly well depending on how much you have in the case. Removal of the Leatherman or any tool takes time to break in, at first it is tight. Had this holster for over a year now it's solid.

Love this pouch with my multiool
I really like this pouch. I lost my Leatherman Wave and was dreading paying over $100 to replace it. I decided to try a different tool instead. That one turned out to be great and only $40, and it has all the same features, and a few more than the Wave. Only downside to it was the included pouch. The pictures attached are of this case that I found works a lot better. Bigger so it securely holds the tool and all the accessories. The elastic pouch is in the back and deeper so all the accessory bits are protected from falling out. That was a big concern with the original pouch since that critical accessory bit that allows you to connect all the others was on top and in the front and could easily fall out. Then all those bits would be useless. Plus this pouch has magnetic closure and two side elastic pieces for flashlight and/or pen.The Pliers are spring loaded which is very helpful, the scissors are bigger, and all the inside tools lock open. They don't lock on the Wave. Plus you get all the small accessory bits, which cost a lot more in the other models. That tool is only $40 here https://www.amazon.com/dp/B091MTMYSF

An OK sheath, but longevity questionable...
I wanted to really like this sheath. It seems well-made, appears offer enough room to contain my Leatherman (Surge) bit kit, bit extender, saw/file sleeve, and my Maglite Solitaire LED. That said, my original Leatherman sheath (with the snap closure) did that as well. In fact, I even sized-down (to the medium) on the Leatherman sheath and it provides a much more secure closure for the Surge, since Leatherman refuses to move the snap button down just a bit to allow for a tighter closure. Anyway, back to this sheath - as others have mentioned, the two magnets are weak. They close well enough, but I doubt it is very secure out in the field. But what made me send this sheath back was I noticed the bottom of it is only one layer of nylon. The standard Leatherman sheath is a double layer. And, let's face it, when you're putting your multi-tool in/out of your sheath, it's hitting that bottom each time, it's resting on the bottom, and the bottom is a big stress point. If any area is going to fail (besides the back stitching by the belt loop), it's going to be the bottom portion. Additionally, the nylon also feels to be of a lower-grade than the stock Leatherman. It's a bit thinner, so, now, not only are you only getting one layer of nylon instead of two, you're getting a thinner layer of nylon. In feeling the overall build of sheath, this clearly feels like it's weakest spot (and looks it too). I've included pictures. This sheath is on the left (i.e., the one without the bit extender visible). You can see the one layer vs the Leatherman's two. Because of this uncertainty in longevity, and because of the Leatherman's clearly more durable construction (at least in this area), I didn't want to chance it on this one and back it went. But since I noticed the difference in layering/build quality, I wanted to make a review pointing that out for others. Take it for what it's worth. For me, however, it's a pass.

Works great
Exactly what I was looking for if it's my wave extender and the two Leatherman bit sets perfectlyThe magnetic strap is really strong too and everything fits snug
