No, we have not made any implements in the USA since 2004.

It comes with a lift gate service to unload it from the truck.

This is a tried and true design that has been around for decades. If it fits in the shoot, it will chip. Realize if one doesn't have a tractor powerful enough to use the chipper or are cutting very green wood, there might be issues.
