Used phone sold
Within 2 months of me buying the phone, I started having a lot of issues including battery draining our quickly. Upon contacting customer care at Amazon I was asked to reach out to Samsung for warranty, which I did. To my surprise I was told by Samsung that this phone was activated 2 years ago and is not new nor covered in warranty. I would however thank Amazon customer care team, as upon hearing this and me providing them proof my full money was refunded and phone return was accepted.
