I am a personal trainer and I bought this for one of my clients because she had not been able to sleep for quite some time. She always had trouble falling asleep and then staying asleep…I heard defusing certain essential oil‘s can really help with this. She’s older and doesn’t use Amazon so I bought this blend for her simply because it had good reviews.She is raving about it! She said she started defusing it before bed and throughout the night and it really helps her fall and stay asleep. She also said her husband (Mr. Skeptic) noticed a difference in his sleep as well. This oil is amazing. It helps me sleep so soundly by calming my sometimes racing mind. I put my diffuser on constant stream and it gets me through the night and I feel so rested in the morning. I tried it once on intermittent mist and did not want to get up at all when it was still going as my alarm went off. I highly recommend this oil for a calming and restful nights sleep.

I ordered this oil to help me sleep. I have a stressful job and sometimes have difficulty falling asleep due to stress. The fragrance of this oil is so aromatic and calming. I turn my diffuser on about an hour before I go to bed and my bedroom smells like heaven.

I have difficulty sleeping. After using the diffuser with the Sleep zzz oil for a week, my results are promising. If I wake up in the middle of the night I fall back asleep easily. I feel more rested when I get up in the morning. I'm even starting to remember my dreams.

Definitely helps my insomniac boyfriend fall asleep faster and sleep deeper in REM . First oil I have ever tried so maybe there is one that is better. It is pretty potent so only a few drops are needed, or else it is over powering

I liked the smell of this oil, but I had to find the right dilution because of breathing problems. I actually bought this for my husband who has sleeping problems. We have used it for a week now and it seems to help.
