Perfect umbrella for working outside
My husband works as a fiber splicer and needed a sturdy umbrella to help shade him from the sun when working outside. After much research, I found this Ergodynae umbrella. We ordered it as it was a great value for the product compared to other umbrellas we found. The material is very durable, reflective and can be seen a great distance away by vehicles driving which is perfect as my husband is consistently working around telephone poles and roadways. Standing under the umbrella, it is a good 10 degree difference because it blocks out the sun and rays so well. The ground spike works great in any terrain and the umbrella withstands mild wind well. The only improvement we would suggest is to make the metal ribs inside a little thicker/stronger so that it will continue to last longer. Overall it was a great purchase and when the one he has eventually wears out, we will definitely be buying another one. We also recommend it to all his coworkers when they ask about it.

So far I'm loving it
52yr old drop fiber splicer. I spend 30-45 minutes at a time in one spot splicing. My on sale 35 dollar beach umbrella was great white it lasted. And if i was just starting out I'd do it again. But it was time to upgrade and I'm very happy I did! It's very heavy duty and simple, every part. I'm king of the jerkwads when it comes to my tools so I'm very confident this will way outlast the beach one. I had an old fold up highway sign holder that works fantastic. If i didn't I'd get plumbing pipe\hardware and\or some wood and make one for 25-50 bucks. Or just keep using my 6 ft ladder. All in all I'm very very happy with it. If you're young, listen to the old dogs and bring your shade with you and maybe save a little on skin cancer👍

Shax Umbrella
Works great with the added receiver hitch stand. I use it a lot on my work truck when I'm out in the feeld.

Great buy
This umbrella is awesome. I use it for work on swimming pool equipment, so far just in the hot sun. I'll be ising it to stay out of the rain this winter as well. The construction is solid, and all of the components look to be of good quality.Definitely a great buy.

Tilt Button easily breaks
Have purchased 2 of these. The first, May of 2023. The second, May of 2024. Each of them have only lasted a couple of months. There’s no replacements parts I’ve been told by customer service, which is unfortunate. And it wasn’t from excess winds or abusing the umbrella. They just simply break on the insides in a short period of time. Sorry, I wouldn’t recommend this product.

Handy
Work as a fiber optic splicing tech, this umbrella truly keeps me a few degrees cooler when working by the electrical pole and there is NO shade at all. Only down fall is the stake. Ground in Oklahoma bakes into hard solid mini boulders in the summer so pounding it in with a hammer is a must. It just doesn't stand up to the ground around here. Already need to purchase a new stake. The little silver tabs that click it into position so it stays at a certain height are also pretty crappy. I'm able to use the umbrella yes but I can no longer stabilize it so the wind doesn't make it spin around. Yes they are irritating especially for the price but at least it keeps the sun off me for the meantime.

We thought the button was broken but it wasn’t
Like some other reviews on here, we thought the button was broken. We called the product support number and they told us to remove that small piece of cloth above the handle. I suppose it’s on there for shipping purposes. We were able to open the umbrella and the button held nicely.

Heavy duty! Plus hi vis!
It’s great ! Bought this for summer time since I work outside for now ( place is under construction) well the other day we got heavy watery fog. I put it up and I stayed dry. Will be buying the stand for the bottom for better stability.I recommend this umbrella to anyone just spend the money.
