Extremely well packed, this phone came better packaged than $1,000 apple products.I got this phone for my dad who is on the older side. This phone carries exactly everything he needs. The screen is big enough for his older eyes and you can customize the font to be huge. The camera works and does it well for someone his age who is not into things like that. This phone is snappy enough for him and even for me, it loads apps quickly and all he really needs is YouTube to work. Great price for what you get!

This is just as good, and in some ways better, than the S8 or S9. I have no idea why people spend so much on those phones. I did have very low expectations for this, but was quite surprised. Probably will never buy a premium priced phone again. Two sim cards and fully unlocked. Note that the native language is spanish on mine, but that was 99% resolved with one step. One app still has a Spanish label and I find it charming. Battery life exceeds S8 and S9.

I'm done with iphone, it's overrated. I threw out my $700 iphone 6 yesterday after trying to replace a failed battery. I'm impressed with the Galaxy A11. Big screen, lots of features, long lasting battery, and vast apps to download. I installed face and touch finger recognition for the first time which updated me with the latest technology. My iphone had none of those fearures offerred like the Samsung A11. I like the duel sims and memory card on one tray also. You can pretty much do anything on this budget phone, Bye bye to iphone. You can go buy iphone for a high cost and get less technology, or payless for this A11 and get more technology the choice is yours. The A11 speed is not super fast but does the job, so don't complain to much the phone it's only $132. You want a super fast reacting phone than go for the $1000 flagship phone, just stop whining about this budget phone. I took the A11 to the Dominican Republic and it works great internationally.

This Samsung Galaxy A11 phone that I recently purchased for my wife. I had purchased an A10 for myself a little more than a year. I would like to say that both these phones are definitely worth it. If you are satisfied with a mobile with features that are useful for your day-to-day work rather that fancy features and at the same time, do not want to pay too much, then these phones are the obvious choices. You can compare them with a Toyota or Honda car vs the Mercedes or BMW.

My Samsung Galaxy A11 broke so I looked for a replacement on line. I made sure to order one that did not state it was an international version, and the restock fee said up to 20%. When I received the phone, it was defaulted to Spanish and was smaller than my existing phone. Some of the stickers were even in Spanish. It claimed to be unlocked, but when I attempted to connect to my mobile carrier the phone completely shut down everything for me and responded with a message that the phone was not compatible with my network (not sure how that could be since I was already using an A11...). Anyway, I had to call my carrier to reset everything. I returned the phone the next day and was charged about half the price (over $70) in a restock fee. I have contacted the seller and Amazon, but no resolution as of yet. I am very disappointed and feel like this was fraud.

Works with T-Mobile 4g LTE in USASecond week of use, all my apps are installed and this is still a fast and responsive phone. The camera taste great photographs for the rear camera. The front (screen) camera comes out blurry when I use it for self portraits. I have to hold it steady moments after pressing to make agood shot. But I'm still learning the functions. 32gb is perfect amount of memory for apps. I installed a 64gb SD Card for photos and downloads

Unfortunately the unlocked Samsung phone I ordered didn't work entirely with my AT&T service. I gave 5 stars because the return and refund policy was easy and efficient and the company gave clear instructions how to return the phone if it did not work.
