Kent Tiki Bay Kid's Cruiser Bike, 20"

There is a shortage on bikes...much like toilet paper...lol. I went to 4 WalMarts to find my daughter a bike and the only thing they had in a 20 inch was a boys BMX bike. I purchased it and it just did not work so I ordered this bike from Amazon with no expectations that it would arrive before August. The bike arrived in less than a week and it was super easy to put together. My daughter loves this bike. It's sturdy. Pretty and very easy to ride. I would buy again.

Tire was bent, did not find out till I built the bike. They sent out new bike and refunded my money. Service 5 stars. Daughter loves bike and everyone is happy. The trend of damaged products is rapidly increasing. Luckily, Amazon stands up for its merchandise.

Our 7 year old daughter LOVES her bike!! She gets SO MANY comments on it at the park. It took her a minute to get used to such big handle bars but she got it down. We love the kickstand and overall this is a very sturdy super cool bike. Last for years to come especially since it adjusts. Shes on lowest setting now.

Every section of the frame has scratches in the paint. Really noticeable. Handle bar Allen head completely stripped from the factory. Unusable! This was a surprise for my daughter. Too late to try and return. Packaging was in place. It was packaged damaged!!!!!! The stickers aren’t even put on right. There’s huge air bubbles underneath. $200 piece of garbage. Dropping Kent and Amazon after this

Couple negatives: Packaging was damaged but that could have happened during delivery and not the manufacturers fault. Few items were bent but again, could have happened during delivery.Where the bike lost a star is how incredibly hard it was to assemble. You need a standard and metric set of ratchets. Not sure what genius came up with that idea. Instructions aren't the most clear but it's a bike, it didn't need to be overly complicated to assemble but at times, it was. A few cheap parts (guards above the tires) but it's a children's bike. For the money, not a bad deal once you get the bike assembled. My 9 year old daughter is in love with it.

This bike is a great value for the money, my grandchild loves it!, overal I give it a 5 star for looks and performance , a bit of a challenge to put together by myself but if you have 2 people, it would be a breeze.

We purchased this as a first bike for our Granddaughter, she absolutely loves it! Worth the money, very sturdy and very colorful! Would purchase another one if I had another granddaughter! Excuse the sideways picture 🤷🏽‍♀️

My daughter loves it. The only issue is the rear axle is to short to accommodate the Wald 10252 training wheels, which are rather beefy. I was able to use bell spotter 500 training wheels that aren't as robust, hopefully they won't be used for long.
