Great helmet light
I purchased this item to put on my helmet so I could see at night while cycling. I can see 6ft around me easily with no issues. The light is bright and very light weight. It’s small, easy to install and I’m pleased with the quality. The light appears to be well made and I’m happy there is a white light on the front and a red light behind. Drivers can see me from miles away.

Great helmet light!
I love this little helmet light for my dusk/night riding. It is small and lightweight. It effortlessly clips into my helmet and stays charged for at least two hour long bike rides. I wouldn’t use this as my only light source, because the beam is feather wide. It makes me more visible to oncoming traffic and it is an excellent secondary light source for my night rides. I use this in tandem with a small light mounted to my handle bars and that is the perfect amount of light. I love the flashing red light in the back. It makes me feel more visible to traffic when I am riding at dusk or in the absolute dark.

Nice product at this price - wish it was brighter
Very nice product, great price, could use some more lumens. Good to use for being seen, not as good for seeing. I ride off-road, and as sun dips sooner each day, needed some light. This product work ok, so I supplement with another light. Mounts well on my helmet, switch appears to be well made and will hold up.

Unreal battery life!
I used to cycle to work every day (40 mins round trip) and this is the only front/rear light that only requires a monthly or so charge. I love that it will show you battery status when you turn it on with a green, yellow, or red light. You can also make different combinations of front and back flashing and solid lights in all combinations. I brought it on a weeklong bike tour and it went strong the whole time- using it about 8 hours a day with no charges. Great for added visibility when dark as well, and the best thing yet is that I haven’t bought a pricey rear light since! Definitely worth your money and I will be getting another one when this one goes.

Will return this.
Had to rip the cardboard packaging apart in order to open it. All sorts of little plastic ties to keep it in place in its tiny half-box. Doesn't light up. Instructions indicate how to turn it on but nothing happens after 10 different tries. Maybe battery is not included. Insert does not mention a battery being included, nor does it instruct that it needs to be charged first. I will return it.

Excellent light... until it breaks after 9 months
Overall, this is a bright light with decent battery life (not up to par with the price, though) and a versatile mounting system that just doesn't hold up to the elements.THUMBS UP:- front and rear lights for visibility, especially while city biking at night- different blinking or non-blinking settings- switch light that helps to alert when charge is neededTHUMBS DOWN:- Charge is quickly drained in cold weather, and battery wears out fairly quickly.- Not actually durable in all weather as advertised! After about 9 months of use in New England where it rains fairly frequently, *both* lights I bought malfunctioned, refusing to turn on when unplugged, and refusing to turn off during and after charging, which meant the batteries quickly drained and the lights were unusable. The charging port isn't very well protected from the elements (just with a rubber cover that easily comes unattached) which may be part of the problem. For a light that advertises itself as being all-weather-durable, this is a problem!Mounting note: It will only be centered on your helmet if your helmet has a ridge (not a space) in the middle.Might be a good buy for a dry and warmer climate with shorter commutes, but for cold and rain with longer commutes this is a no-go for me.

Alright light, mount not winter ready
Bike commute to work 14 miles each way covering several thousand miles a year. Picked this light up to be more visible to drivers. Used it several times during the summer with the strobe during the day. During the winter it is dark when I begin my ride and dark when I start my ride home. For that I use the steady-on setting. My first ride below freezing the mount cracked. The light held on, but the mount broke completely when I tried to remove the light. The design is such you must remove the light in order to charge it. I tried to super glue the mount but that didn't work at all. I replaced mount with a metal bracket used to hold electrical conduit. That is functional. The light isn't very bright so a head light on the handle bars is still needed at night. It is nice to be able to look in a direction and know the strobe is also pointed in that direction. My rides are typical under two and a half hours and the battery has been able to do that. We'll see how it does in a year's time.Pictured is my winter helmet with the plastic bracket before it broke, the broken bracket, and the replacement metal bracket. For the replacement, I used the remains of the plastic bracket. I cut off the remaining side and drilled a hole in the middle. That allowed me to put in a small screw and nut to hold the metal bracket. The bracket is a #0 electrical conduit holder, although a #1 would probably have been a better size.
