Q: Most of the newest 5 star ratings come from people with exactly one review in their history. Is anyone getting real aftermarket support for defective units, or it all still a game? What a shame for a product that actually works.

I have had my Tendlite for almost 3 years now with no problems with the device. I feel it does help, as long as the injury can be helped with increased circulation around the area. I had a question about air travel with the device and the Tendlite support group was very attentive and helpful. It is cheaper to buy it today than it was 3 years ago.

Q: Is this the 2014 model using 3 batteries? How many 1 minute sessions can I do at a time and how many times a day?

Dear Viewer, No, this is actually the new 2018/2019 model, it uses 1 large rechargeable battery. It comes with 2 batteries (1 spare battery) and the charger. Usually, you will do a 1-minute session per spot/area. If the pain is intense, you might want to use it for 2 minutes per area.
