These are brake pads. Does your fixie have a coaster brake or hand brakes? These work with bicycle hand brakes. There are two different kinds of brake pads for bicycle hand brakes.

These woks with Carbon Wheels?

Not if you want to stop especially in the wet. You MUST have a dedicated pad for a carbon wheels brake track. These pads will not help the life span of your CF wheels either.
