Looking at other responses - it obviously depends on your sense of smell ! Cats love them! I don't mind the smell of catnip - it is just a sort of herbal aroma!

Are they Refillable catnip toys?

You would have to unpick the stitching and then re - sew. However my cats have played with them and drooled over them for a very long time and they stills seem just as effective. In fact I found an old tin (without the toys) and they still went after the tin!

How long of a duration would this last? 3 months? Or more- roughly?

For how many cats? If it's just one cat then sure, 3 months you could give them a new one each month. We have stinkies left that are over a year old that they still play with, they only get thrown away because they end up so disgusting from cat slobber!

How big/long are these toys? My big boycat likes kicking catnip toys and they need to be quite long.

One of my cats is also quite large. He does play with these toys but they are only about three inches long. Better for cuddling and licking I think. They are good value for money, but you'd probably be better off buying the cigar shaped one or the banana. They are just as robust and long lasting but definitely better for kicking.
